Yes, you can – Flower Concierge flowers make for a lovely gift.

You can nominate the recipient of the order or subscription you purchase when you sign up.

Please note that the recipient must live in one of the following suburbs:

  • St Ives
  • Wahroonga
  • Turramurra
  • Pymble

No, it doesn’t – FREE delivery is part of the Flower Concierge service!

Flowers are delivered on Saturday mornings from 8:30am – 11:30am. When you sign up, you will nominate whether your receive your flowers each week, fortnight or month.

Free delivery is all part of the service with Flower Concierge!

Not a problem. We can leave your flowers in a cool and protected place for you so they safe and stay fresh until you come home. I’ll be sure to text you once your flowers have been dropped off.

No, different flowers are at their best at different times of the year.

So instead of offering customised bunches, Flower Concierge sources the flowers that are the freshest and best depending on the season. We hope you’ll enjoy being surprised and delighted with the flowers the season has to offer – and maybe even discover some new favourite blooms!

Yes, you can. We want you to be able to come and go as you please.

If you wish to cancel your subscription, please let me know (via message) no less than 48 hours before your next delivery.

I want you to come and go as you please. So you’re welcome to cancel your Flower Concierge subscription at any time, with no exit fees. Just send me a message confirming:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The date you’d like your last bunch of flowers to be delivered.
